We at Upper Peninsula Eye Specialists provide a full spectrum of eye care including diagnosing and treating serious diseases and conditions of the eye, performing complex and delicate eye surgery and prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses.
In addition to four years of medical school and one year of internship, every Ophthalmologist (eye MD) spends a minimum of three years in a supervised residency. This training consists of all aspects of eye care including surgical treatment of eye conditions and diseases.
